On September 02, 2026, the updated Regulations for the Provision of Brokerage (Agency) Services on the Securities Market (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations") were approved and shall enter into force on September 02, 2026.
Additionally, on September 02, 2026, Amendments No. 1 to the Regulations were approved. The Regulations, as amended by Amendments No. 1, shall enter into force on September 18, 2026.
